Feel Good Hate the Gays Bill in Arizona Awaiting Jan Brewer’s Signature

Arizona governor Jan Brewer has yet to decide to sign the Hate Gays Religious Exemption bill out of that state’s Mormon dominated Legislature.

The Valley of the Sun in the State of Deseret and in the American state of Arizona has a feel good to hate Gays anti-cupcake bill ready for Jan Brewer to sign.

The thought, the outrage that cookie and cupcake makers would have to make a Gay Wedding Cake is too much for some in their Mormon Long Johns to accept.

A religious exemption, a permit to hate wherever and whenever the spirit moves you to do it will be protected by this piece of horseshit Arizona bill.

I know that they don’t pay the legislators much in Phoenix but this is a total waste of taxpayer chump change generally wasted on these white inbred clowns, out too long and brain dead in the Arizona sun. 

If the prophet Joe Smith could not have a gay wedding to add many husbands to his many wives and not have a Gay Wedding Cake, then nobody else is deserving of such.

On February 24, the Prophet had 1,500 copies of the pamphlet printed. Copies were mailed to the president of the United States and his cabinet, the justices of the Supreme Court, senators, representatives, editors of principal newspapers, postmasters, and other prominent citizens.

Mormons in Secret Merger Talks with Catholics

The Mormon elites talked it over at the Country Club and decided that giving Niederauer the scratch to attack the gays would keep the media off the child rape forced marriage polygamy thing.  Besides the Catholics in charge know and appreciate the finer details of the bible and the modern secular misinterpretation of child rape and have hundreds of lawyers and PR people on retainer to deal with such things. Giving the Catholics the money to attack the Gays will be a good thing to offset this unpleasant Mormon thing in Texas.

Opposition to the efforts of Catholics and LDS members should be expected, he added. “But despite that, if we stay together and go forward, … if we simply continue to talk together, (it) will in the end bear much fruit.”

Which leads us on the timeline to August 30, 2012 when Cardinal Timmy Dolan, Archbishop of New York City, President of the USCCB, “the American Pope” is led into Mitt Romney’s hotel suite in Tampa, full of Mormons, elites and relatives, and Cardinal Dolan does the obligatory bow to the next president of the United States and Dolan kisses Mitt’s wedding ring in Italian Roman, “our thing” respect.

What is coming to light in the political spotlight of Mitt Romney’s quest for the White House is the manner in which his company sought capital and made money, profits by sacking existing companies and their assets, pension funds, repackaged the company’s spreadsheet image, sold the companies for huge returns on junk bond capital and turned around and did the same thing on the next victim company acquisition of Bain Capital.

One of the causes of the stock market crash of October 1987 was a market floating on inflated junk bond capital raised by Michael Milken at Drexel Burham Lambert and similar imitators.

The market bubble that burst in 1987 was a bubble that fueled the Savings and Loan bubble that burst shortly thereafter. This invented high risk money fueled speculative building in office buildings, shopping malls, golf courses and housing all over the west. Because of the junk bond model pretty much invented by Milken at Drexel Burnham and used in speculative investments funded in loans by banks, savings and loans, guaranteed by the federal government, the S & L debacle got dumped on the American taxpayer during the Bush 41 regime.  700 to 800 billion back then, now about a trillion and a half of the present national debt with over twenty years interest added on.

The only big fish punished back then was Charles Keating, heavily into the newly deregulated S & L industry, separated from regular commercial banking in that their base was savings used almost exclusively in financing housing real estate and not necessarily commercial building, office buildings, malls and apartment complexes that fed on easy junk bond funding once deregulation went into effect.

Bain used Drexel Burnham junk bond capital to fund its early vulture capitalism projects.

Michael Milken and Charles Keating were eventually tried and jailed for fraud among other things like conspiracy cooking the books and breaking existing laws.  They are now out of jail and back in business. Keating in real estate in Arizona and Milken is a philanthropist giving away some on the money he made from fraud and is now a key player in the next financial racket bubble to burst – EMOs – Education Management Organizations into education for profit, charter schools etc. feasting on the public dime.

Romney did not break any laws that we know of at Bain.  Indeed, the government swallowed up the losses caused by the Savings and Loan Fraud.  If Bush 41’s admin had prosecuted more smaller fish than just Keating instead of sweeping it all under the rug, maybe the housing bubble burst in the 2008 financial meltdown under Bush 43 might not have been allowed to happen if deregulation of the American banking industry had learned any serious lessons from the Bush 41 Savings and Loan Junk Bond meltdown.

Sadly, so much of what happened in 2008 with the banks was not illegal as stated by Obama.

Things like junk bonds in their time and derivatives and hedge funds today are little understood let alone regulated by realistic laws to protect the public.

Mitt Romney and Bain Capital did not break any laws that we know of.  But taking, looting pension funds from employees, taking other benefits away like healthcare  and outsourcing old jobs to China and India is the way American business operates these days.  Not very Christian by my definition of such.  But Mitt has a Mormon bible besides the Judeo Christian bible by which to live his life.

No doubt the 21 trillion dollars worldwide hiding out in offshore tax havens is part of the reason Mitt refuses to reveal his recent tax returns, that and the 10% of his income donated to his church and their related hate projects ongoing as holy on Temple Square, Salt Lake City.

Putting lipstick on a pig like with Bain Capital operating methods or Mitt’s “humanity” is a metaphor Jesus would understand and be amused by.

The church was fined by the California Fair Political Practices Commission for not reporting its numerous financial contributions to the cause.” The Mormons also have a network of small, strange NGOS, circling around a few post office boxes in Arizona, that carry on similar struggles at the United Nations.

It seems to me this opposition has a large component of sour grapes.   Deep in the Church festers a feeling of: If we didn’t get to redefine marriage, why should you?

Of course the LCMS is highly thought of in the RC hierarchy circles for its strict conservative view of Scriptures.  Harrison’s tenure has seen immediate downsizing and outsourcing of the corporate headquarters in St. Louis to displace hundreds of employees.  One wonders how the State of India or the People’s Republic of China will serve in practical function of the outsourcing of Sacraments to save a buck under “Tea Party Matt”.

The saving view of a dying institution like the RC church in Europe and North America is to downsize on people and expenses in the hope that the middle ages will return in the global world view in the future.  The LCMS has taken this survivalist; take no prisoners approach in defending the Bible as literal and jumping into bed, figuratively of course, with the USCCB United States Conference of Catholic Bishops on all political matters with Matt Harrison at the helm of the leaky LCMS rudderless boat.

The landmark Hosanna Tabor case handed down by a unanimous Catholic dominated U.S. Supreme Court stands by “ministerial exception” or “ministerial” Privilege alongside outmoded concepts like Chattel voting rights and people as property in the original U.S. Constitution.  Bravo Matt, enjoy the fruits of your labor at the Catholic feast table against human rights in favor of religious liberty to discriminate against all non-Catholic/Missouri Synod members and non-members within your religious bubble world.  And let's not forget the religious freedom to the feeding frenzy on all your elderly members, their assets and bequests.

The LCMS is at odds with it falling memberships against the larger more progressive ELCA, Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, with its more open interpretation of Scripture but sticking to basics.  Even with that, female ordination or monogamous gay ordination are within the boundaries of the ELCA message of Jesus that has its roots going back to tolerant Quaker Philadelphia in mid-eighteenth century America.

LCMS, enjoy the temporary merger in the 2012 election year with the Papes and the Joseph Smith-ers. And don’t yell rape in 2013 when the crumbs the Catholics and the Mormons sweep your way today are not enough to sustain your dying religious base into the future.

I shall not comment on some of the aspects of this case, but I do know Doctor Nicola Riley personally.  I have known her since she was a young teen and can remember when she went off to West Point in those days when females at the Point were a novel thing.

I don’t know anything about her legal problems in the military but she left prison to start a new life and entered Medical School in Utah.  Her services to the elderly and the poor were needed there until such services got commoditized on some big corporate spreadsheet thing in Utah.

She had been working with the elderly and Medicaid crowd as I understand it, before that human level of care got turned into a business racket by perhaps religious institutions looking to the future on spreadsheet graph sheets and seeing only the piles of money to be made in giving aging Boomers minimum care at maximum government rates in shitty nursing homes, now seemingly the standard in Utah.

That I hear it is getting near close to impossible to find a major nursing home enterprise in Utah that is headed by minorities, or non-Mormons, male or female. They have all been shown the door.  When such care and profits from it were marginal, services from out-of-staters, minorities and non-Mormons were needed.  That has all changed in free market deregulated capitalistic Utah.

That young green inexperienced female Mormon doctors from the U of U are brought in to sign off on anything the accountants recommend in these for profit only nursing facilities.  Ethics is out the door not unlike what I witnessed in Wall Street where green kids out of college were told how to steal the national treasury etc. – the public be damned.

These young green rubber stamps now head these money making business enterprises and are now in charge of the elderly there.  If I had a choice between a nursing home in America or suicide, I would gladly choose suicide rather than rot for years in my own urine and feces and depend on care from minimum wage, low or no benefits attendants and illegals at pre-morgue care nursing homes, Utah style.

Getting back to the politics of Vagina and male right-wing politicians wanting a show trial in Maryland to prove once and for all that all women have no rights in the use of their body or a free choice in medical care regarding female medical procedures – I am now reading my bible to find a passage in that noble book to prove that prostate care or surgery is a sin against the Almighty and that all Catholic and Christian Sharia law should equally condemn it with birth control and abortion.

This culture war in America on the human Vagina is getting ridiculous.

No doubt Doctor Riley, squeezed out of the Utah medical work previously available to non-whites and non-Mormons, had to supplement her income in Maryland or New Jersey to pay her student loans to become a doctor. No doubt that is how she came to become a doctor that performed abortions.  And no doubt, as a human being, she is capable of making a mistake in her desired profession.

I know Nicola’s family that has its roots in good, wholesome, working class, middle class Harlem and a Roman Catholic Church that used to care about people and not the bottom line of spreadsheets.

I wish her well and no doubt after being stalked and harassed by the Right Wing Lobbying Industrial “Morality” Complex, she will emerge, vindicated, stronger and run for office and become the first female minority senator or governor of that great state of Utah. Much reform is needed there regarding the human condition.
