Ted Cruz and His Involvement in the Child Abuse “Kids For Cash” Scandal in Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania Mother Sandy Fonzo - Texas Political Advertisement 2012

I see that Senator Ted Cruz believes that a capitalist’s money is never too dirty to earn - as in the case of sideline child abuser (guilt by association ?) and real estate developer Robert Mericle, in the still ongoing “Kid for Cash” “Build Kids Jails for Profit” scandal in northeast Pennsylvania in Wilkes Barre.

I say ongoing because Robert Mericle pleaded guilty as part of a plea bargain agreement in 2009 but is yet to be sentenced in that case. Is he free on bail like the two judges were free on bail for a time or is he sitting in some “for profit” prison waiting for his minimum agreed to sentencing?

(Waiting for a Republican Presidential Pardon in 2017 Mr. Mericle?)

Disclaimer:

Before I go any further.

Red Ted from Red Texas did not offer his lawyering services for hire in any part of the actual abuse of children by falsely jailing them scam by Mericle to partner up and create artificial demand, building “for profit kids jails” in connection with bribing scumbag judges Mark Ciavarella and Michael Conahan.

This scandal got hushed up real good by being ignored by the national media.

Red Ted only helped Robert Mericle to sue an insurance company to help with financial damages to victims (kids and their parents) for false imprisonment and what do you call it “Child non-Abuse”?

The insurance company rightfully refused to pay out on Mericle’s real estate business’ involvement in, that was the backbone of the scam to defraud children of their youth and innocence and get into the with it modern “prisons for profit” gulag in America capital business portfolio.

In his senatorial primary fight, Ted got accused of shit in a political advertisement by mother Sandy Fonzo, whose child committed suicide after being fucked over by Mericle Real Estate Inc and his Bribe Judge fuck buddies.

In all probability, the political ad was a bit over the line, but then as we have since seen, nothing over the line or obscene, is too far for Red Ted to go.

Whatever.

Bad Finger - Baby Blue - Breaking Bad - The American Dream

Guess I got what I deserved
Kept you waiting there too long, my love
All that time without a word
Didn't know you'd think that I'd forget or I'd regret
The special love I had for you, my baby blue
All the days became so long
Did you really think, I'd do you wrong?
Dixie, when I let you go
Thought you'd realize that I would know
I would show the special love I have for you, my baby blue
What can I do, what can I say
Except I want you by my side
How can I show you, show me the way
Don't you know the times I've tried?
Guess that's all I have to say
Except the feeling just grows stronger every day
Just one thing before I go
Take good care, baby, let me know, let it grow
The special love you have for me, my Dixie, dear.

Comrade Ted Cruz and His Bolshie Jihadist TEA PARTY Seize Control of House Republicans - Boehner Told to Abdicate/Resign?

In another sign that the GOP rift is widening, House Republicans report that they are now taking orders from Ted Cruz rather than John Boehner. Apparently Cruz held a conference call with Tea Party House members in which he advised them to reject Boehner's proposals.

Meanwhile non-Tea Party Republicans still have the knives out for Cruz, and it's becoming more public than ever. Rep. Steven King (R-NY) appeared on CNN and called Cruz a "fraud," a "kamikaze pilot," and a "medicine man" selling "phony goods."

Tea Party Jihadists Attack Senate’s Noble GOP 25 - Cloth Coats - True Republicans

The Tea Party Jihadists have just published a list of their so-called enemies regarding the Senate’s Noble GOP 25. This, after daring to continue to fund the American Care Act.

The Bolshies are trying to overthrow and gut the GOP for the sack of the dictatorship of the Plutocracy.

Here above is the list of the Senate’s GOP Noble 25. Real Americans. Everyone.

Not spies and traitors and troublemakers imported from Canada and Fidel (wink, nod) etc.

Tea Party Jihadists Want to Shut Down Government – Minority to destroy Majority by all Means Possible

Following through on my current meme / mantra that it is time for the Tea Party to move on, man up and form its own third party away from the rest of civilized humanity.

I am trying to back track on comments I have made in the last 24 hours to unite and string together thought which does not filter through on the media’s lame delivery systems.  The energy flow of thoughts of my own and of others makes me see and want to share what I see happening here on the national stage at this precise moment in time, history.

- This mantra came into my head this date as I was commenting here and there and in response to the Harvard and BYU educated lawyers, "kindred spirits" Ted Cruz and Mike Lee telling everyone that they alone understand and can protect and know what is best for the average American (whatever that is) and for their interests. My mantra has to do with the fact that the GOP / Tea Party Coalition political party is not a good marriage and maybe it is time for the Tea Party to Man Up and form a third party after the divorce. If there is one thing I hate is any authority figures so-called telling me what is best for me and also playing Alpha male thrown into the equation. And believe me Ted Cruz and Mike Lee may be great readers, reading the corporate clone script but the Alpha male thing stage presence...??? (fade to black)

Not that the Tea Party was ever real. It was at one level, the top level; a PR stunt of a lout like Dick Armey to project a down from the bottom “Populist” like movement carefully orchestrated every step of the way by corporate interests and corporate funding via right wing think tank political money laundering fronts.

Not that I do not agree with some points I hear on the Tea Party side, the media side sound bites that is, but the truth is that once a Tea Party candidate gets elected by a populist front, they pretty much drop the mask and get right to the task, already paid for, at hand, using Gov. Scott Walker and the Kook Koch Brothers as examples.

In a way, the Tea Party operates like the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. They get elected and once elected they abandon democratic compromise in favor of imperial royalist rule. The minority is set to destroy the democratic majority. And I am talking democratic as in democracy here, not the Jack-ass political party.

I believe we are living at a disconnect in history, a period not yet understood or defined. I am thinking of how as I see and thinking of the global culture theme of my blog, that the corporate front office is living in a artificially protected comfort zone, a bubble, and aided with the power of computer programming, for the last thirty to forty years been merely pushing buttons and getting a nice shiny new quarterly financial statement out of the nice new shiny computer thingy.

I am thinking that that button is easier to push than come down to street level and really, really look around and see what has happened in America lately.

Main Street is no longer there. And strip malls or four dollar a cup of coffee franchises on every street corner do not a substantive culture make.

That the bubble the board room is living in is no longer viable. Keep pushing the button for profits and bloody revolution may very well be the result.

I am looking also at an ancient institution like the RC church that in recent decades has taken that rule from the top with CEOs with political agendas and secret budgets from the CIA etc. and mixing it up with theology and all of the sudden the pews are empty. The button does not work anymore in the Pope’s Private Apartments.

Francis in his recent interview described the Papal Apartment that he currently shuns as large but not luxurious and very isolated. He used the word funnel to describe how the entrance to the old Papal Apartments are literally in a physical sense narrow. This made me think of the concept of a gateway, and of gate keepers and the isolation that results from CEOs shutting themselves off from the world in their penthouse level executive suites.

Francis, with some street experience, of taking public transportation to work and living in a simple but near to other people apartment in Buenos Aires knows how to try to rejuvenate an ancient dying institution like the RC church.

The trick is to touch people.

Be in touch with people - not just fellow CEOs at the exclusive gated "neighborhood" Country Club.

- I believe we are looking at and living in one of those chapters in history, not yet written or comprehended, but if it must have a title, it would probably use words such as upheaval, revolutionary or such. That the last half century has perhaps seen people on many different levels living in bubbles. That those in corporate boardrooms and those farming fields have lived in separate worlds without realizing that communication has evolved imperfectly with technology, the computer etc. In the case of the CEO of the Vatican, his living down on street level for some time in Buenos Aires gives him some insight into what might to needed to bridge a lot of gaps, a lot of in between spaces, in the modern world and masked in speed, entertainment and other distractions.

Getting back to the matter at hand and the private army of the corporations, the Jihadists of the Tea Party trying to shut down the government by merely pushing media and ATM buttons and wondering why their shtick is not working as well as it used to.

Perhaps it time to get back down to earth or just fade away.

Comment from Facebook regarding my meme for the Tea Party to Man Up and form a third party:
- Republicans were always the party of business. In my opinion however they have just completely gone off the deep end as it pertains to that. Holy Cow, teamsters and hard hats helped elect Nixon. This Republican party absolutely hates labor unions of any kind. E.G., Scott Walker, Corbett …

And:

Whatever.

Have a nice day.

Famous Party Appeasers - Neville Chamberlain - John Boehner

Basically, Boehner is in a tough spot. (No, don't feel sorry for him. It's what he gets for being where he is.) He has to try to appeal to independents and moderates if he wants to maintain/maximize the GOP's electoral prospects for … which means compromising with Democrats on the budget, but he also has to try to appeal to the Tea Party wing of the GOP, a significant part of its right-wing base, if he wants to avoid a full-scale rebellion against his leadership (which could also harm the party's electoral prospects), which means refusing to compromise and allowing for, if not encouraging, a government shutdown…

And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks

Wharton Global Spreadsheet – Price of Everything / Value of Nothing – Ministry of Plenty - (*)

I use and or blame the Wharton School of Business at the U of Penn in Philly for the present Global Spreadsheet that either discounts humanity into nothing or as a negative figure (valued at less than zero), by which to get a tax subsidy/discount/rebate on theoretical virtual losses from the Ministry of Finance.

I have on many occasions called it the Global Spreadsheet invented at Wharton, Brown and Harvard but have since dropped the other two institutional accomplices.

I have by way of a sibling been hearing about the “Service Economy” since the 1960s by which hard dirty sweaty work would be exported to the third world while the white first world nations would only have to sit around air-conditioned and central heated office space and clip coupons (boy, is that an old term) at the expense of rest of humanity.

Of course, my sibling never provided me with a bibliography and so I naturally assumed that the Service Economy con originated at Wharton in my native Philly.

Whether that sort of economy thing, the service economy, was a real and or viable theory and or concept at one time, the thing that really fucked everything up was the advent of the corporate and personal computer beginning in the 1980s that sucked all the air and life of humanity out of the first world office buildings since and to the advantage of the ones who first owned, had or programmed the computers to rig the global game for everyone since.

Old office space on Wall Street is more likely recycled these days into condo living space and or with fitness centers and coffee shops at street level. The virtual life of the present virtual con “city”.

The Ministry of Plenty is in control of Oceania's planned economy. It oversees public access to food, supplies, and goods. It is also in charge of rationing these goods. As told in Goldstein's book, the economy of Oceania is very important, and it's necessary to have the public continually create useless and synthetic supplies or weapons for use in the war, while they have no access to the means of production. This is the central theme of Oceania's idea that a poor, weak populace is easier to rule over than a wealthy, powerful populace. Telescreens often make reports on how Big Brother has been able to increase economic production, even when production has actually gone down (see Ministry of Truth).
The Ministry hands out statistics which are "nonsense". When Winston is adjusting some Ministry of Plenty's figures, he explains this:
But actually, he thought as he readjusted the Ministry of Plenty's figures, it was not even forgery. It was merely the substitution of one piece of nonsense for another. Most of the material that you were dealing with had no connection with anything in the real world, not even the kind of connection that is contained in a direct lie. Statistics were just as much a fantasy in their original version as in their rectified version. A great deal of time you were expected to make them up out of your head.
Like the other ministries, the Ministry of Plenty seems to be entirely misnamed, since it is, in fact, responsible for maintaining a state of perpetual poverty, scarcity and financial shortages. However, the name is also apt, because, along with the Ministry of Truth, the Ministry of Plenty's other purpose is to convince the populace that they are living in a state of perpetual prosperity.

The Drudge Challenge – The Modern Creationist Science of Prenology – the Liberal Side of Ted Cruz’s Brain Versus His Conservative Side

The lies of the OTP (Oligarch’s Tea Party) sound something like creationist science. What good is feeding yourself if you do not grow your own patented by Monsanto wheat? Better you starve to death if you cannot afford the royalties to M (bow your heads) for next year's crops.

Well, I kind of think that kind of BS gentlemen’s rule above should be only be practiced as rules only by ivy (IV) league gentlemen such as Ted Cruz of the long line of Cuban Plantation Overseer Cruzes bloodline to pretend that they are aristocrats and not merely the first tier step it and fetch it boys of the Oligarchs of the New World Order.

Take the advanced in recent years creationist updated science of Prenology to judge who is your better these days.

Take the Drudge challenge so to speak and examine the sides and sizes of Ted Cruz’s brain as proof that a Pee Tea Party Messiah has risen among us.

Against all Odds is the Drudge Challenge.  The Drudge image show what I think is a larger side of Ted’s Skull on the left side. Which is not to alarm the Right. We can use or mix when it is convenient to our argument MIT voodoo type science and state emphatically that the left side of the brain controls the right side of the body (politic) to much relief.

The left side of the brain is rational and focused and is the ideal general ready to sacrifice all his armies to achieve his throne. Not that Ted has any Napoleonic complexes as he was born on the left side of Canada and not the right French side so to speak.

What does the future of America look like. Kinda like the inside of Ted Cruz’s skull methinks.

Once proper PC Conservative science is perfected, two cloned halves of the perfect brain can be achieved to suit the current PC side of the Oligarch’s party that appears or happens to be in charge at any one time. Yeah right.

Right Side of the Brain - Liberal?

Left Side of the Brain - Conservative?

A Perfect Balance?

And unacceptable future experiments that might escape the cage.

Gee. I have not been to MOMA in decades!

Wet Back Canadian Senator From Texas Ted Cruz Thinks That His Sh*T Does Not Stink – Yeah Right

…What Cruz doesn't mention is the next step in his father's American Dream: raising a son who would attend the very best schools in America and look down upon everyone else with a nauseating, unthinkable smugness. GQ reports:

The elite academic circles that Cruz was now traveling in began to rub off. As a law student at Harvard, he refused to study with anyone who hadn't been an undergrad at Harvard, Princeton, or Yale. Says Damon Watson, one of Cruz's law-school roommates: "He said he didn't want anybody from 'minor Ivies' like Penn or Brown."

Pope Francis Re-Stakes Out the Parameters of the Teachings of Jesus of Nazareth – “Where there is no Work, there is no Dignity”

Quote:

Pope Francis has called for a global economic system that puts people and not "an idol called money" at its heart, drawing on the hardship of his immigrant family as he sympathised with unemployed workers in a part of Italy that has suffered greatly from the recession.

Addressing about 20,000 people in the Sardinian capital of Cagliari, the Argentinian pontiff said that his parents had "lost everything" after they emigrated from Italy and that he understood the suffering that came from joblessness.

"Where there is no work, there is no dignity," he said, in ad-libbed remarks after listening to three locals, including an unemployed worker who spoke of how joblessness "weakens the spirit". But the problem went far beyond the Italian island, said Francis, who has called for wholesale reform of the financial system.

"This is not just a problem of Sardinia; it is not just a problem of Italy or of some countries in Europe," he said. "It is the consequence of a global choice, an economic system which leads to this tragedy; an economic system which has at its centre an idol called money."

The 76-year-old said that God had wanted men and women to be at the heart of the world. "But now, in this ethics-less system, there is an idol at the centre and the world has become the idolater of this 'money-god'," he added.

Spin Doctor Bill Donohue (Bill-Doh) Hovering Above Pope Francis – What the Pope Really Really meant

Like his female counterpart K-Lo at National Review, Bill-Doh is there to tell his readers what the Pope really really meant in his most recently published interview appearing in a Jesuit magazine.

Bill-Doh disputes the New York Times spin on the pope’s words.

From someone who has read the entire magazine interview, I suggest that Bill-Doh do the same before he disputes the NYT spin in favor of his own.

This imitation of “journalism” style of Kathryn Jean Lopez (K-Lo) (an “Anglo” and not Hispanic despite the last name) over at the National Review Press Release Dumping Ground online “magazine” site, is quite a step up for Bill.  Keep Up the good work Bill whatever that is.

“The pope also said the Church should be a “home to all” and not a “small chapel.” He did not mean by these words, as the Times alert said, that these remarks were a criticism of focusing on “doctrine, orthodoxy and a limited agenda of moral teachings.” In the previous paragraph, he speaks about “the sanctity of the militant church.” In the same paragraph where he mentions “small chapel,” he cites the “negative behavior” of priests and nuns, saying their conduct is that of an “unfruitful bachelor” and a “spinster.” He did not say what the Times attributed to him.”
“The pope wants us to reject abortion, and to help women who have had one to find peace with God. He wants us to reject gay marriage, but not gays because they are gay. Kudos to Pope Francis.”

Does John Boehner Only Orgasm When He Cries – Screwing the Poor – Good Catholic Values?

Does John Boehner Only Orgasm When He Cries – Screwing the Poor – Good Catholic Values?

House Republicans advanced a bill on Friday that would continue funding the government at current spending levels for nearly three months but would strip money appropriated to fund Obamacare, following through on months of threats and inviting the prospect of a government shutdown if the Senate, as expected, does not accede to the House's decision before an Oct. 1 deadline.

The bill was passed on a largely party line vote, with 228 Republicans and two Democrats voting in favor of passage. 188 Democrats and one Republican were opposed.

Immediately after the vote concluded, House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, and much of the Republican conference held a rally at the Capitol to celebrate.

GOP Anti-Christianity Challenged By Words of Pope Francis – Mean Spirtied GOP going to Hell?

Taking Food Stamps out of the mouths of the poor and elderly, the recent trend in mean spirited Red Neck Khristianity along with trying to take healthcare availability from millions of uncovered by healthcare Americans, does not gel with the recent words of newly elected Pope Francis regarding love and true compassion to the poor.

TV Phony Baloney Khrist Evangelical GOP panderers - meet Mystical Jesuit.

Wish those House Republicans would spend some time studying the interview Pope Francis gave to the Italian Jesuit journal La Civita Cattolica that was published online by America, a U.S.-based Jesuit publication.
They might learn a few things about compassion, priorities and how to be real Christians.
Francis thinks the church, to its detriment, is “obsessed” with its battles against abortion, gay marriage and contraception. “The teaching of the church is clear,” he said. “But it is not necessary to talk about these issues all the time.”
 God bless that man.
But Francis didn’t just rock the world with unexpected words of conciliation about those hot-button social issues, he also said the church must be less rigid and must listen to the “feeling of the people, especially the poor.”

Boutique Journalist John J. Miller, National Review, Complains About Michigan “Journalist” Law

The Nanny Michigan State Legislation is about to shatter the illusions of or is it delusions of Boutique Journalist John J. Miller over at the NRO – National Review Online.

In my recent research into the shards of what used to be the National Review of my youth, of several decades ago, I have been trying to put a finger on the outrageously overrated print child of William F Buckley Jr. and his bastion of right wing moneyed privilege and values at the old NR, what it has become in the modern Internet digital age.

Buckley spent decades on PBS, a government subsidized vehicle, for his Firing Line  series which was amusing at times if only to see how many of a dozen new exotic words Buckley would use in his one trick monkey bit to impress and push the conservative agenda, a decidedly viable political view in those older early days.

But I guess Mr. Miller who teaches on some subsidized teaching “Dow” research grant at some conservative college, Hillsdale, is trying to educate his Republican State Legislature that a new hard on GOP bill to define “Journalism” would take that title away from him and jeopardize his right to write in the public forum.

The legislation is a layer of nanny rules, more GOP (BIG) government to prevent Ambulance Chasing Lawyers from giving you a telemarketing call on your land line (dial) telephone, from them having access to accident reports at the local police station.  Only Journalists should have access to public information and not lawyers.  It never occurs to the Pubs in Lansing that maybe they could forbid advertising by lawyers or solicitation of business by phone etc. That I think would violate the myth of the pure open market religion of the far right.

Of course, if real market forces existed in America, the National Review would not, could not exist.  Each of its various departments specializing in content like law reviews or market forces or voodoo creationist science in Planet Gore, each command subsidy from various think tanks, much in the same way the Corner has become the Church Ladies corner under K-Lo and in deference to the uber-uber-Catholicism founder Bill Buckley Jr.

According to this new nanny regulation law, Journalists would have to be connected to hard print newspapers or magazines that print at least once a week which the apparently hard copy National Review does not.

One would not know this fact, given that I read Mr. Miller’s piece on National Review NRO online that streams non-stop with, and in the “Corner” an online version of “News” with its ascetic style to underline links or PR Press Releases which is the whole real reason for the articles I think in the “Corner”. With Kathryn Lopez trying to build another career over at the Church Ladies league, The National Review these days in the Online Corner side seems like one long stream of RC Bishop press releases with Kathryn cut and pasting a few dozen words around every new underlined link.

But John J. Miller has lived in a bubble world that the rest of us are not privileged to be part of. Other real journalists are scrambling for jobs as newspapers close and newspapers online consolidate and try to figure out how to make a profit under real market forces and not being subsidized in Boutique Journalism with that of Mister or is it Professor Miller.

One of the marketing forces dictating work in the real world, and not the subsidized world of boutique journalism is also in being a burden on the company, in terms of salary and benefit costs, in being passed the 40 years of age mark as the red flags go up in the HR (personnel) department.  Mr. Miller, I hope his job at the college is secure on that score. Whatever.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Michigan lawmakers are mulling a bill that would definte the word “journalist.” This is a bad idea, as I explain in today’s Detroit News. For one thing, those of us who report and write for National Review wouldn’t qualify as journalists–and neither would writers for theAtlantic, Mother Jones, and Reason.
