This belief blog at CNN is putting all atheists
into six categories below. Me, I stay an Areligionist, without religion and or
dogma and let all the trolls that usually munch on these CNN half-assed
American “religion” page articles, do just that, read and eat the articles
supersized and covered in extra cheese. LOL
They also like the Scientologists have a list of
mediocre loser actor celebrity types along with the article to illustrate for their
dumbed down for Americans Belief articles what “real” Atheists look like. Duh!
The former juror,
still identified only by her court designation of B37, and her husband reached
out to Sharlene Martin, president of Martin Literary Management, on July 14,
one day after Zimmerman was found not guilty, according to Martin.
The identities of
the jurors have been sealed by the court and Martin said in a statement,
"It is not known whether they will ... decide to reveal their identities
given the sensitivity of the verdict and the outpouring of mixed reactions by
the American public."
The not guilty
verdict in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, a black teenager, has
triggered outrage and peaceful protests in Florida and elsewhere.
The woman is
expected to write about her experience as a juror in the racially charged
trial. She is currently working with Martin on writing a book proposal.
"My hope is
that people will read Juror B37's book, written with her attorney husband, and
understand the commitment it takes to serve and be sequestered on a jury in a
highly publicized murder trial and how important, despite one's personal
viewpoints, it is to follow the letter of the law," Sharlene Martin wrote.
Old Fashioned Typewriters are making a comeback in the Kremlin in
Russia. They are being used to type sensitive secret materials that cannot be
leaked electronically via computers and e-mail etc.
It has taken something like thirty years since the introductions of
computers and electronic word processing etc. to figure out that the cost
saving in labor of the computer can be a ball buster in terms of national security.
Also, if documents are leaked via photos on cell phones(?) each
typewriter has a distinctive signature in the metal or plastic character bits
that form the words from the actions of a manual keyboard. Sources of leaks could be traced to individual
typewriters and who has access to them.
The more things change, the more they stay the same.
The House will refuse to consider a comprehensive immigration bill
that could lead to citizenship for millions of immigrants, Republican leaders
said on Wednesday, and will slowly and casually consider a few border-security
measures that have no chance of passing on their own.
And, on Thursday, the House passed a farm bill that stripped out the
food stamp program, breaking a pact that for decades has protected the
nutrition needs of low-income Americans. It was the first time since 1973 that
food stamps haven’t been part of a farm bill, and it reflected the contempt of
the far right for anyone desperate enough to rely on the government for help to
buy groceries.
These actions show how far the House has retreated from the national
mainstream into a cave of indifference and ignorance. House members don’t want
to know that millions of Americans remain hungry (in an economy held back by
their own austerity ideology), and they don’t want to deal with the desperation
of immigrant families who want nothing more than a chance to work and feed
themselves without fear of deportation.
On both issues, in fact, many House Republicans are proudly
asserting that they will stand in the way of any attempts to conduct a
conference with the Senate. That might, after all, lead to a compromise.
The commission also asks the Holy See to clarify its procedure in
investigation child sex abuse claims both regarding the recent pedophile priest
scandal and the historical use of so-called “Magdalene’s laundries” as Catholic
slave workhouses where women of ill repute were kept. These laundries,
according to the U.N.'s accusations, were widely used in Europe and North
American from the 18th to the 20th centuries, and still in use in Ireland until
1996. “Please indicate whether an investigation was conducted by the Holy see
into the complaints of torture and other cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment
and of subjection to force labor of girls held in Magdalene’s laundries run by
Catholic Sisters in Ireland until 1996,” the report demands. The U.N. also wants a clear record on the
number of babies taken from their mothers in the Magdalene’s laundries, and
placed in Catholic orphanages or given for adoption.
There seems to
be dissent in the ranks of the Fine Gael Party in Ireland, head of a coalition
government, to pass a very vague watered down Abortion Bill that only allows abortion
on threat to mother’s life or mental health issues related to a suicide. These
provisions were allowed by the Irish Court twenty odd years ago but no
legislation since then due to Church pressure to not put vagueness into written
law. I guess it is a minor triumph after centuries of ignorance supported by
the RC church in Ireland for such a law at all to be debated amidst the “drinking
of whisky” and “Lap Dancing” during the legislative debate?
Some in the
ranks of the Fine Gael party will vote against bill because it is a “Shirley Temple”
type drink, quality of watered down poison, for the church that has quickly lost
power and influence as the crimes of buggery in the church are being documented
and the urban population joins the twenty-first century secular global culture.
Fine Gail is rural in power and therefore the Church Party of sorts passing
this watered down Abortion Bill.
The
uber-catholic blog world of England and Ireland is going apeshit over what they
call #lapgate on Twitter of some two TDs (lower house reps) grabbing each other
and sitting on one’s lap, between the opposite sexes.
Perhaps the
church ladies would rather have the Irish Parliament install poles on the floor
for pole dancing during the next real abortion bill that should be written,
debated and passed by a mature adult modern Irish Parliament of the future? .
What would Archbishop Chaput do in Philadelphia, cradle of
American Liberty?
Ban Free Speech of Course!
What would Generissimo Franco Do?...
The Archdiocese of Philadelphia has stated that a Catholic college’s
plans to host a priest who has advocated for the ordination of women would
“damage the unity” of the Church, according to a statement released exclusively
to The Cardinal Newman Society.
In 2011, Fr. Helmut Schüller of Austria was a leader in a movement
that issued a “Call to Disobedience,” which advocated for the ability of
divorced and remarried Catholics to receive sacraments as well as the
ordination of women and married men.
Currently, Fr. Schüller is touring the United States on what’s
called “The Catholic Tipping Point” tour. That tour is being sponsored by
organizations such as Call to Action, Catholics in Alliance for the Common
Good, Dignity USA, Future Church, New Ways Ministry, Women's Ordination
Conference, and Voice of the Faithful among others.
Last month Cardinal Sean O’Malley reportedly barred Fr. Schüller
from speaking in a parish in the Archdiocese of Boston.
KFC, Kentucky
Fried Chicken is suing some hole in the wall fry shop in Bangkok for supposedly
stealing copyright imaging stuff by supposedly turning Colonel Sanders into
Hitler.
I guess to the
Asians “all white people look alike”. Hitler, Colonel Sanders, Ronald McDonald,
Teletubby etc.
The new global
culture in some ways is on some sort of visual “mute” button regarding the
images that attract the Asian Cultures to the designs of the Third Reich?
Though with
Thailand, center of the sex trade tourism from the west, maybe the evil of the
west as branded as evil in the demonizing of Adolph Hitler is little different
than the evil these sex tourists from Europe and America bring with them with their
tourist dollars and euros?
“Nazi chic” is a term
that describes the use of Nazi imagery, paraphernalia or fashion either for the
exhilaration of breaking taboos or for sensational shock value, but not for the

Benedict XVI
Pope Francis the Last has signed off on the desired Patron Saint of Pedophile
Clergy Protectors and Enablers – None other than John Paul II. Blah. Blah, Blah, Dogma, Dogma, Dogma.
Whose says that
Francis did not sell his soul to satan to escape his personal hell in Buenos Aires?
Pope Francis,
the Argentinian Bishop dressed in white is still hanging out at the Bates Motel
Casa Santa Marta Hotel in beautiful downtown Vatican City. Francis is still being careful in what he
eats in the Hotel cafeteria and grateful that no hidden passage ways are
evident in the modern architecture of his temporary housing.
He has signed
off on an 82 page encyclical of the late retired pope Benedict Xvi.
Benedict is of
course on a hill in the Bates Family Home a converted convent retirement villa.
One has to
wonder how many more encyclicals written by the ream Benedict in retirement
will continue to crank out in his old age over the next several decades?
btw - Has anybody seen Benedict lately in person???
