I see that Pastor Rafael Cruz might have been in or about Dallas on 11/22/1963 with the birth of his second daughter Roxanne Lourdes Cruz, Ted's older half-sister, there in November 1962.

I saw this photo and could not help but see the resemblance to Senator Ted Cruz’s father in photo of JFK on the way to his assassination.
