Well I see this thing on MSNBC. MSNBC shows the one reeler and passes it off as journalism without the who, what, where, when, why of the old classic journalism.

Joe the Plumber’s Mom gets up at a town hall meeting of Rep. Mike Castle of Delaware and waives her invalid hospital issued birth certificate and then begins to rant about how Barack Obama is not a citizen of the USA but rather Kenya – (the GOP and the new racism).

MSNBC shows this amusing little tidbit and is starting to practice third rate journalism on the way to the fourth and fifth levels of Murdockian half truths and lies like on Fox News and the fat drug addict on radio.





I too was undocumented some few years back when I tried to exchange my Pennsylvania license for a New York State license having moving back here. In order to register my car, I needed a valid driver’s license. In order to have a valid driver’s license I needed a state issued, embossed with a raised seal, birth certificate.

I have had a New York State driver’s license on and off for thirty years depending on when I was a resident there. My old driver’s license and its same driver license number for thirty years could not be reissued without a valid state issued birth certificate to prove my place and date of birth and my citizenship.

My hospital issued birth certificate was now considered invalid. It had been valid forty years ago to get my original passport. But then and there and with all the bullshit Homeland Security rules and regulations – I was undocumented in my native land - temporarily a man without a country.

I had let my passport lapse for too many years. It was no longer valid as ID or proof of American citizenship. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and a deadline to register my car before I would break the law on that count for not having a valid car registration.

Finally and reluctantly I went on line and ordered a Pennsylvania issued certificate to save some time. It still took a couple of weeks to get it. LOL

So when I see Joe the Plumber’s Mom on You Tube shouting about the undocumented state of Obama’s black butt, I know that this broad has never left this country or the house she has lived in for decades. One day she will try to get a passport or move in with the kids across the stateline and not be able to transfer her driver’s license – BECAUSE she is an undocumented person, with a phony hospital issued birth certificate, living in our great and safe and no longer totally free land.

I quit FB because I had no real friends there, save for one or two. The thing about FB is that I joined a few groups related to Philly centered on neighborhoods. I quit the  Kensington FB forum after someone made a nice comment on the poet Maya Angelou after her death, a poet of which I had no particular fondness in her writings, but the anonymous - they did have their full names on FB - but I did not know them except as "friend" of a "friend" response or hatred of a black female poet. (and I only recently bothered to read a Wikipedia bio of Maya to realize what a monumental life she had led even if I was not previously aware of it etc.) Well I shy away from conflict. That and later in life realizing that I have had a touch or more of A.D.D. all my life which in retrospect explains why I have not been more successful in my life of trial and error false start runs for the money. That many times for me and my memory, a word like "spatialize" would send me to a dictionary in fear of my unknown ADD to be discovered or looked down upon in comments by Ph'ds or worse I-V league trained lawyers in forums that I did not really belong in. Should know my place in life this late in life for "my kind".

"Some of the members began pulling their children out of the pool and were standing around with their arms folded," Wright said. "Only three members left their children in the pool with us."

I must say that the visit of President Barack Obama to lay a wreath at the Hiroshima shine dedicated to the victims of the first use of nuclear weapons against humanity came off rather artificial and plastic back here in the states.

Despite the time difference of thirteen hours I was awake to see a live media feed from Japan. It did not happen. 

The Corporate Owned Media filtered the event. And every News “team” on TV later that day filtered the moment, when they showed snippets of the events mentioned two propaganda talking points. One being that Obama was not going to apologize and the other was that Obama was not going to second guess the Truman decision to use the Bomb.

The whole event staged and filtered through Corporate Owned Media was to avoid putting a human face on our enemy of 75 odd years ago. The racism of the Japanese Empire was still battling the racism of the American Pacific Corporate Empire.

But in spite of a bland speech by Obama that I had to find on You Tube, there was a man who had been a surviving victim of that use of science in a laboratory experiment against humanity 71 years ago, one Shigeaki Mori, who as an eight year old boy on his way to school got thrown off a bridge into a river by the initial shock wave of the blast. Who was protected from death by the river water in the following firestorm to follow the blast.

As I said, there was a human face to the enemy 71 years ago and we were still by the ruling elites in the media and the Pentagon still hiding that face of humanity just in case we little people might decide that nuclear weapons and nuclear war is not a viable future option of the American for profit Military Industrial Complex.

When Obama embraced and hugged nuclear war victim Shigeaki Mori, he was embracing a man who spent many thousands of his adult life hours researching and correcting Japanese records recording the events of the first use of nuclear weapons on his native Hiroshima in August 1945.

Aside from the Corporate Owned Media not giving the enemy a face 71 year ago all the way to today, Mori documented the existence of 8 American victims of the dropping of the bomb on Hiroshima. They had been POWs captured from crashed American airplanes in the area just prior to the atomic blast.

That America never confirmed or tried to research the existence of these dead eight American victims, service men, MIAs, of nuclear war. 

It was the man that Obama hugged that gave a face to his enemy of 71 years ago so that they would not be forgotten and their names inscribed at the Hiroshima Memorial Shrine.

Bill is free to let his hair down and freely mix “religion” with fascism at Rent by the Line NewsMax?

I guess if Bill needs to change his tax code filing status on a dime, from Catholic Defender to Justa Nutter NeoCon Cheerleader, he will be ready to switch the assets from one off shore account to another. Whatever.

Below in that transition phase before Pope Francis catches up to him by name, Donohue is defending the RICH, RICH, RICH. Are there any other people worth mentioning or fawning over.

When Pope Francis speaks about our "throwaway" abortion culture, or comments on marriage as a union between a man and a woman, he wins no points from those on the left. 

 But when he speaks about income inequality, he is praised by the likes of President Barack Obama and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio. However, these three men are not speaking from the same page. What is driving Obama and de Blasio is envy; what is driving the Pope is justice. The Catholic Church considers envy to be one of the seven capital sins. It is not identical to jealousy. The jealous want what others have; the envious want to deprive others of what they have. 

 The Austrian-German sociologist, Helmut Schoeck, contended that envy was inherent in human nature and had to be contained. He credited the Catholic Church for taming envy, saying it played a decisive role in the advancement of civilization. But it had a way of springing back with a vengeance, especially in the hands of left-wing politicians.  

 Schoeck's book, "Envy: A Theory of Social Behaviour," released in the 1960s, was a clarion call against the exploitation of envy for political ends. "The time has surely come when we should stop behaving as though envious man was the main criterion for economic and social policy," he said.   

 … Pope Francis wants the rich to use their skills to help the poor; he is not baiting the masses to demand that the rich pay more in taxes so that they can pay less. It's the difference between a genuine interest in helping the needy, and soaking the rich.
