Investigative news site Exaro has published findings of Dame Janet Smith’s review into the depraved entertainer and BBC television presenter, who was exposed as a prolific sexual predator and paedophile a year after his death in 2011.

The review, which has said it will publish its report in six weeks’ time, said the leaked findings were from an early draft of the report and that “significant changes” had since been made to its “contents and conclusions”.

According to Exaro, the review’s findings highlight multiple rapes and indecent assaults on girls and boys at the hands of Savile and “inappropriate sexual conduct” with teenagers above 16 - all “in some way associated with the BBC”.

“Three of Savile’s victims were only nine-years-old,” it says.

Exaro reports that Smith criticises the BBC for a “very deferential culture”, with many BBC employees telling the review that they had heard about Savile’s predatory reputation but feared reporting their concerns to managers.

It also warns that “a predatory child abuser could be lurking undiscovered in the BBC even today”.

According to the complaints filed in the matter, one or more of the players held victims against their will, while others improperly touched victims in a sexual manner. In one case, one of the victims was kicked during an attack, said the prosecutor's office.

Prosecutors said the events took place in four separate incidents at Sayreville War Memorial High School, between Sept. 19 and Sept. 29.

That  Gabby if she never got shot up in a supermarket parking lot would probably not have won reelection in the new 8^th district courtesy of the Mormon dominated, official members and fronts, Deseret Arizona state legislature and their redistricting (wink,nod).

Enough to make any decent sane person cry.

House Bill 206, introduced by state Rep. Cathrynn Brown (R), would charge a rape victim who ended her pregnancy with a third-degree felony for "tampering with evidence." 

“Tampering with evidence shall include procuring or facilitating an abortion, or compelling or coercing another to obtain an abortion, of a fetus that is the result of criminal sexual penetration or incest with the intent to destroy evidence of the crime," the bill says.

Representative Todd Akin’s 13^th century wives’ tale about “Legitimate Rape” being good birth control up there with abstinence and wishful thinking makes me wonder what sort of cocoon this man has been living in all these decades.

 

It makes me wonder what kind of mind, a delusional mind, minds that surround him in the Angry White Man’s Party in Congress aka the GOP.

And you have this young guy Paul Ryan standing next to Todd Akin and sponsoring legislation that defines “forcible rape” and you know Paul has never had an original thought in his entire life. All his life he has poll parroted the official Party Line of the Angry White Man’s Party and gotten handsomely rewarded for it in politics.  

The only black men I imagine Paul Ryan has even seen, being from pure white Nordic Wisconsin, are the security guards in the Capitol. (Or when he is so resentfully in the Oval Office?) I doubt he has ever even said a “Hi, how are you?” to those guards, that wage slave servant class of the Congress. 

So, in a way the definitions of rape that so easily roll off the lips of Todd Akin are the words of complete and total ignorance or they are the words from the mind of a serial rapist? Or of a long standing serial rapist mentality as part of some subculture? Not that Todd has ever raped anyone that we know of.  But one has to wonder the way he treats women verbally, he must have learned at an early age that women were automatically inferior to himself based solely on the fact that he was born with the first class unquestionable male entitlement of a penis.

A culture of (male owned) property entitlement and not people entitlement is what America is currently all about I think.

And I have to say, I am tired of all the outrageous coded talk of the Angry White Man’s Party and the kkkristian fundamentalists who spend 110% of the time talking about nothing useful for the economy or the day to day life in any American community.

I realize of late that so many men in American Politics of the GOP are reitierating the same shit their father said, their grandfathers said, their great grandfathers said etc.

I do not think that Rep. Rep. Todd Akin has the same definitions of rape, forced rape and legitimate rape as Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan especially with whom Todd has co-sponsored Rape definition legislation in the House.

Paul Ryan was silent and sitting next to daddy figure Mitt on TV as Mitt threw Todd under the bus.  Paul is a gutless wonder and little twerp as well like his buddy Todd.

It seems to me that the whole abortion and rape issue falls on the poor or the helpless, females in particular and the core of all this "hands in other people panties" GOP ideas is to control the sheep and punish them because 1) they are poor, 2) because they are female, and 3) because they are minorities.

Senate candidate Todd Akin from the second district in Missouri, the show me state, assures voters in his senatorial campaign that any pregnant "rape" victims are whores and liars.

"Legitimate Rape" prevents  "legitimate rape" victims from getting pregnant because a good girl's body juices will reject the rapist's sperm. It is all very scientific he says. So he must know what he is talking bout.

There are 32 members of the Penn State Board of Trustees. With the Governor and State Cabinet members automatic appointees along with the Governor crony appointees, that makes 11 out of 32 or one third of the Board of Trustees beholding to Tom Corbett, the Republican Governor.  No wonder he can be an absentee member at most meetings.  His buddies have got his back.  ( All guys by the way, no females, sausage fest?…)

Then you have about one third of the Trustees appointed by the Alumni.  ( 9 seats – 3 females )

Then the agribusiness people get 6 votes.  Penn State was the original Farming College of the State of Pennsylvania before MasterCard and Visa took over.  ( 6 seats – 1 female )

And the last 6 seats are for business and industry – CEOs/Wall Street – ( 6 seats – 2 females )

That makes 6 females out of 32 or 19% of the Board of Trustees.

But not to worry about the guys outnumbering the chicks. The University sets aside $10,000 out of student activities fees for the one Saturday in November “Cunt Fest” that actually has females trying to address legitimate female issues on a largely outnumbered in the Board Room atmosphere at Penn State.

In a preliminary response to NCAA inquiries, the Board has already set aside $2.6 million dollars of taxpayer's money as a penalty of sorts for the whole Sandusky/Paterno Sausage Fest S.N.A.F.U. situation over at the Athletic Department.  The money is earmarked for Pennsylvania groups dealing with female rape and child abuse issues.

As for the daily and weekend Keg Fest that makes Penn State the drunkest University in the nation, Playboy’s top ten list of Party Colleges does not list Penn State because the top ten list has to do with amateur level and not “professional” industrial strength institutions on the matter of alcohol consumption. Whatever.
